The subject is based on a reconstruction project of glue-spreading in artifical board system,where is from a artifical board industry of Harbin. mainly for backward production technology during production process of artifical board in China at present ? low level of automation and production equipment worn and other issues, resulting in the production of wood-based panels low efficiency, poor quality, more serious waste of resources.At present most of the small wood-based panel production equipment are not upgrading to a lesser extent automated production lines, production management and real-time regulation of greater impact,primarily on the basis of these wood-based panel plant process recipe requires manual control,control method backward, unable to reach expectations.This design of wood-based panel sizing system uses parallel tone Glue line production process, canceled the traditional panel production process mixed plastic glue advance to the reservoir tank transport links, to achieve a side edge of the gel sizing parallel online process.Wood-based panels Glue System distributed control mode PC using Huayan IPC, lower position machine uses OMRON's CJ1G-CPU45 H type PLC, use the touch screen as the monitoring interface, the state of operation of the system of direct feedback display, the host computer and the next communication between the machine by Omron Controller Link. The wood-based panel sizing adjustment system to achieve data acquisition, processing, transfer Sizing automatic control, so that the addition ratio of the amount of fiber and glue amount is maintained at the height of dynamic equilibrium; Glue wood-based panels to complete the entire production process real-time monitoring, recipe settings, alarms and automatic storage of historical data;reduce production costs and ensure product quality wood-based panels.Since the panel production process complex conditions and are coupled with each other,there is a large time delay and strong nonlinear phenomena, disturbed by various factors in the actual production process, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model, the traditional PID control is based on the transfer function is only applicable to linear time-invariant systems,unable to solve the multi-input multi-output nonlinear, time-delay and strong coupling problems,control effect is not ideal, but you do not need to establish the fuzzy control of the controlled object accurate mathematical model, modeling is difficult or impossible for the modeling of complex objects, only need to create the production process according to the experience of fuzzy control rules, therefore this paper, fuzzy-PID control method to solve the sized amount and the amount of fiber precise matching problem.
