With the rapid development of the economy, the amount of hazardous materials on the road in China has increased year by year.Due to the particularity of hazardous materials, once a hazardous materials transportation accident occurs, huge casualties and property losses will be caused. Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the risk of hazardous materials road transportation in real-time to ensure the safety of hazardous materials transportation.Based on this, the risk assessment of hazardous materials road transportation based on the multi-source data is studied.Firstly,by analyzing the influencing factors of urban hazardous materials road transportation, the influencing factor indicator system is constructed using the factor analysis method. Then, the quantitative methods of each indicator are proposed, and an accident probability assessment method based on multi-source data and DS evidence theory for urban hazardous materials road transportation is proposed.Secondly, the possible accident scenarios of hazardous materials road transportation is analyzed. Then, the affected area calculation method of the single and multiple hazardous materials vehicles traveling on the road is proposed.Based on this, the population exposure calculation model within the area of the accident is built.Thirdly, the accident risk assessment model for urban hazardous materials road transportation is proposed and the risk assessment system framework is built, which provided a basis for dynamic and real-time assessment of road risks. Finally, the risk of a hazardous materials road transportation in City H is evaluated.Taking temperature and wind speed as variables, the consequences differences caused by different hazardous species are explored, providing a reference for the safety management of hazardous materials transportation.
