The human body contains a variety of ions,including some trace elements and macro elements,which have duality to human health.However,the content of Fe,Zn and Cu is too low,which can lead to anemia,children's weak body and other diseases;Ba,Cd,Pb plasma content is too much,it will be enriched in the human body and cause damage to human body system,endangering human health.Then the difference in content of ions may be caused by environmental pollution,exhaust gas emissions,water pollution and so on.Some of them still cannot find the cause.So what is the cause of these diseases?And which organ lesions do these diseases reflect?These questions are thought-provoking.It is well known that the content of harmful substances?heavy metals,radioactive elements?in different water quality environments is absorbed by the human body and which is enriched in the human body.It will cause certain organ damage and neurological diseases,kidney diseases,heart diseases,secretory system diseases and so on.Therefore,the detection of ions in the environment achieves the purpose of environmental management,thereby further ensuring human health.Then we need to test some of the relevant ions in the body in advance.At present,there are many measures for detecting ions.These measures have advantages:high sensitivity,convenience,rapid detection,and detection of complex materials,but the instruments are expensive in these detection,and the pre-processing of samples is difficult.On-the-spot detection is not possible,so finding methods that can perform real-time detection to overcome the above shortcomings is an imperative task.This paper can achieve the above objectives based on the colorimetric detection method ofAu NPs.The Au NPshave extraordinary functions.For this reason,Au NPsmaterials have developed rapidly in recent years and are widely used to detect related ions.The specific research in this paper is as follows:1)Using the aggregation mechanism to detect K+in urine,the content of K+in human urine reflects human kidney disease.This chapter uses-NH4 on4-amino-benzo-18-crown-6?ABC?to form an Au-N bond with Au NPs,and then the crown ether has a cavity size that is consistent with K+.The optimum condition modifier concentration of 45?M,pH of 6.5,reaction time of 20 min,and selectivity and anti-interference test were determined.Finally,the detection limit of naked eye is40?M and the detection limit of UV is 5.24?M.The detection of K+is applied in urine.2)Activation using EDC and NHS to active carboxyl groups,and then addition of 4-aminobenzo-18-crown-6?abc?reaction,synthesis of new modifiers.The optimal reaction conditions are 3-MPA-abc concentration,reaction time and pH optimization of 10?M,12 and 20 min,respectively.The LOD of Ba2+/Cd2+/Pb2+was observed by the naked eye to be 20nM/10nM/50nM.Our proposed detection of Ba2+/Cd2+/Pb2+colorimetric probes can be used in complex environmental samples.The detection mechanism is aggregation mechanism.3)Using the newly synthesized PB,and then verifying the successful modification of Au NPs by PB.It can be seen from the literature that PB can successfully coat Au NPs but at the same time PB can adsorb Cs+,but the former has less force than the latter..The optimum volume of the modifier PB,the time of the reaction process and the volume optimization of HCl were determined to be 10?M,20 minutes and 40?L,respectively.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the naked eyes detection limit of LOD was 30?M and the detection limit of UV-vis was19?M,which was successfully applied to the detection of Cs+in water environment.
