VOCs is the important component of current environmental pollutants,and VOCs adsorber are currently the most widely used equipment for the treatment of VOCs.The processing efficiency of VOCs is determined by the gas uniformity of VOCs in contact with the adsorbent and the adsorption and desorption efficiency of the adsorbent,and the gas distribution device is the key to ensuring gas uniformity.The pore structure of the adsorbent is the key to ensuring the adsorption and the desorption efficiency of the adsorbent.Therefore,it is of important engineering significance to study the gas distribution device of the adsorber and the pore structure of the adsorbent.In this paper,the VOCs adsorber is used as the research object,and the combination of finite element analysis and experimental verification is used to optimize the gas distribution device.The desorption of activated carbon adsorbent and its reusability were studied by using experimental and microstructural observations.The details are as follows:Firstly,the CFD analysis of the original gas distributor of the adsorption tank was carried out to analyze the flow state of the gas in the adsorption tank,and the experimental research was carried out.The results show that the gas distribution in the adsorber of the original gas distributor is seriously uneven.Secondly,aiming at the problem of uneven gas distribution in the adsorber,a gas distributor in the form of blade type,blade type and multi-hole plate is proposed,and its simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out.The results show that:For 10000m~3/h the air volume adsorption box,when the plates are used in combination,when the perforated plate is 450 mm away from the inlet of the adsorber,the relative standard deviation of the velocity is 11.2%,and the velocity distribution is the most uniform.The blade pitch l,the blade chamfer radius R,the blade angle?,the inlet dimension a×a of the tank and the height h of the diverging section is analyzed.It is found that the flow field of the adsorption cross section is the most uniform when the blade spacing is l=100mm,the blade chamfer radius is R=80mm,and the blade angle is?=55°.When optimizing the design of the tank of the adsorber,it is found that the outlet size is 450×450mm,and when the height of the diverging section is 500mm,the adsorption section speed of the adsorber is the highest.Finally,combined with the microstructure analysis of activated carbon,the desorption experiment was carried out.When the desorption temperature was 230?,the removal effect of organic particles in the pores of activated carbon was better.At 230?,the desorption rate of 0.1 m/s is more conducive to the desorption of organic matter;the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon after ten times of use at 190?is 44.5%much less than the 76.8%after desorption of 230??...
