The strategic significance of oil to countries in the world is extraordinary.In order to cope with the possible oil crisis,the technology of slurry-bed heavy oil hydrocatalytic cracking came into being and has great prospects.In the slurry-bed heavy oil hydrocatalytic cracking technology,as an important part of the process,the heating furnace is prone to safety hazards.This project uses numerical simulation tools such as Ansys workbench to simulate and analyze the working process of the slurry-bed hydrogenation heating furnace,focusing on the safety performance of the heating furnace tube(material TP347H)in the working process.After drawing a plan,a three-dimensional model is made.Analyze the working process in the convection chamber and the radiation chamber of the heating furnace successively,and obtain the fluid flow and temperature and pressure distribution inside the convection chamber and the radiant chamber furnace tube,and then couple the above conditions and environmental conditions in the furnace tube wall part Apply to obtain the stress distribution and temperature distribution of the furnace tube wall,and obtain the maximum value of the furnace tube wall stress in the convection chamber and the radiation chamber for safety verification,and the calculation meets the relevant requirements.Finally,because the main structure of the furnace tube in the heating furnace has been in an environment prone to high temperature creep for a long time,the Larsen Miller equation is also used to calculate the life of the furnace tube.
