Liuchu oilfield is the main sandstone reservoir of Huabei Oilfield in Raoyang region.It has been over twenty years since the waterflooding began in 1996.With the continuous extension of the time of waterflooding,the contradiction of the reservoir development is becoming more and more serious.Oil layers distribute in a short tooth brush like form,the small-scale sand bodies are numerous,and complicated superposition relationship,and the adjustment of water drive is difficult.The heterogeneity of the reservoir is serious,and the oil well is often used in the vertical oil well,the vertical oil-water wells pass through many oil layers,and the water flooded condition is complex and the remaining oil is difficult to find out.In recent years,Liuchu oilfield through a series of comprehensive managements like the wells as the center of the injection production well pattern adjustment,perfecting injection production relationship,single well group profile control and flooding,acidification & stimulation etc,the effect of oil reservoir's water flooding has been improved.But with water injection,water cut of oil well rises faster,and wells flooding wells are failure.The rising speed of water cut in the reservoir has been accelerated.How to control the water cut rising speed of the main layer and further improve the effect of water drive development is the key to realize the stable production of the reservoir.First of all to carry out reservoir engineering evaluation,and research of adaptability of well pattern and injection,with combine geological basis,to research Liuchu oilfield regular pattern of water flooding and remaining oil distribution,and to evaluate the potential of remaining oil;secondly,through the follow-up evaluation of the early experiment of indoor drive system and the flood control scheme obtained by numerical simulation,then summarize the experience;finally,aiming at the mainly present problems of the reservoir,formulate the corresponding comprehensive adjustment plan Liuchu oilfield.The results show that the high position of the main tectonic control of oil sand body,reserves are big,are the main goal of tapping the remaining oil.Low position oil sand body based on lithologic control,water drive degree is low,also have the potential of tapping remaining oil.The Chu 102 block waterflood development in a relatively short time,water injection direction is strong.The large remaining oil potential of main sand body plane and layer,is the subject of tapping the remaining oil.In the early stage,the single well group profile control and flooding has achieved good oil increasing effect in the Liuchu oilfield,and the application of compound drive technology also improves the effect.Good results have been achieved through deep profile control scheme of well group selection,supporting measures and optimization of injection technology.A good increasing of oil production has been seen at present stage.Several oil wells are effective at different degrees,showing that the liquid volume is basically stable,water cut gradually decreases,and oil well efficiency is up to 77%.Compared with pre-adjustment,the daily output fluid in well area basically stabilized,and water content decreased from 83% to 72%,and daily output oil increased.The natural decline of the block was reduced by 2.6% compared with that previous driving.
