Because of the high oil viscocity,freezing point and asphaltene content in Gaoyang oilfield,liquid is difficult to flow and maximum suspension point load of pumping unit is too high.Besides,pumping unitcontinue to produce is also not easily.For those problems above,viscosity reduction technology optimizationis carried out.On the basic wellbore temperature field is simulated and its development parameter is optimized.And later,the field application effect is analyzed.The research results show thatthe adaptive of electrical heating and double hollow water cycle technology is the best.And the best power and depth of electrical heating device is 60kW and 1000m.And the best parameter such as temperature and traffic of the injecting fuild is 90?and 40m~3/d,the optimazition density and specific heat of injecting fulid is 800kg/m~3 and 2kJ/kg·?.The application effect from97 production wells show that the tendency of production well is oil and liquid production rising and water cut decreasing.Besides,working fluid level is rised obviously and the load difference of pump unit suspension point obviously is decreased.At the meantime,pump inspection cycleis prolonged.After second optimation,economy invest 5.044million yuan per year is saved just for replcing part of wells to solid rod.
