Model seal as an important tool for oil and gas mining,its reliability and stability is crucial to the efficient production of mine safety,sealing rubber parts and sealing mode on the inner wall of the cylinder is matched with the formation of axial seal in the shaft,play off production layer,layer mining effect.In view of the fact that most domestic oil and gas fields use imported modal seals,there are few researches on modal seals in China.In this paper,four types of modal seals are designed and studied,and the influence of their structural parameters on modal sealing performance is studied,so as to improve the performance of modal seals.First of all,through the investigation of the status of modal seals at home and abroad,four kinds of modal seals with different structures are designed.The seal is studied through finite element software ANSYS mode of four kinds of structures,the study found that four kinds of modal seal structure on both sides of the rubber sealing contact with the inner tube wall appear at the peak stress and maximum deformation,the rubber because the gap pressure is squeezed into the modal seal and sealing of the cylinder wall,four modes the sealing contact stress were higher than the working pressure,shows that the four modes of the seal performance can meet the requirement,can satisfy 45 MPa working pressure differential sealing requirements;friction sealing by modal analysis gives the reasonable reference value,the four modes of sealing friction design and manufacture special minimum;the modal seal test device,sealing the 8 group experiments were carried out at room temperature and high temperature under the two conditions of four modes,experiments show that four modes of sealing at room temperature and high temperature were It can seal the working pressure of 45 MPa and meet the requirements of performance.Among them,the four way modal seal is the smallest and the corresponding frictional force is the smallest because of the minimum interference.Based on the comprehensive experimental research and simulation analysis,the four modal seal is selected as the optimal structure.Then,the four type sealing mode through single factor analysis and four factors and three levels orthogonal design,from the rubber hardness,rubber parts,rubber parts clearance clearance and interference on the four aspects of the four modal analysis and Simulation Study on sealing factors,get the relationship between the hardness of rubber,rubber parts clearance,clearance and interference of rubber sealing performance and modal rules,through orthogonal optimization,determine the rubber hardness of shore A 95,rubber parts,rubber parts for the 1.3mm gap width is 4.3mm and the amount of interference is 0.2mm four mode sealing performance is optimal,in order to meet the requirements of the seal 4.9%,improve the contact stress after optimization modal of the seal,and the friction performance to 9.96 kN improved sealing mode.
