Research On The Transfer Of Safety Training For Basic Staff In Chemical Enterprises

With the rapid development of China’s chemical industry,the scale of chemical companies has become larger,profits have increased substantially,and occupy an important position in the national economic system.However,at the same time,the chemical industry has seen more security risks.Safety accidents are a major concern for chemical companies.How to effectively reduce the number of safety accidents is an important proposition to promote the healthy development of chemical companies.This article deeply studies relevant theories related to safe production and training migration,conducts field research on first-line production personnel,and analyzes relevant state ordinances of the State Administration of Work Safety.On this basis,the influencing factors of security training migration were divided into five dimensions from the pre-,mid-,and post-security training perspectives: migration atmosphere,migration motivation,performance,adult training design,and migration effects,through the construction of a five-faceted structure.The equation model,supplemented by the security training migration scale for the grass-roots employees compiled by this paper,analyzes the mutual influence coefficient and relationship between the five facets.The study found that: the migration atmosphere and adult training design structure have a significant positive impact on the performance aspect,and the path coefficients are 0.67 and0.16,respectively,indicating that the migration atmosphere has greater impact on performance than adult training design.Among them,leadership support,colleague support,organizational support,and severity have a significant impact on the migration climate.They are 0.7,0.84,0.88,and 0.72,respectively.This shows that colleagues’ support and organizational support have a greater impact on the migration climate;adult training design,performance,and migration The movement mechanism will have a positive impact on the final migration effect.The path coefficients are 0.33,0.34,and 0.22 respectively.This shows that the adult training design and performance have a greater impact on the migration effect;the migration atmosphere structure faces the effect of the migration.Impact is achieved through performance facets.
