With the continuous innovation of internet technology and monitoring system for rock burst technology,a platform-based rock burst risk intelligent identification and monitoring and early warning service types service platform gradually developed and formed.Under the service system of Internet of Everything,the user's requirements for the interaction experience quality of the platform have also continuously increased.At present,China's research on coal mine rock burst risk intelligent identification and monitoring and early warning service system technology has an important position in the world research field.It is particularly important to how to improve the interaction quality of the type of platforms to enhance user experience and satisfy user requirements.Therefore,it is of great significance for iterative updating to establish an interaction quality evaluation model for platforms for monitoring system rock burst specifically designed for coal mines through scientific research methods,to standardize the interaction quality evaluation methods for platforms.In order to obtain the elements of interaction quality evaluation for the type of platform,through user classification and feature analysis,role model construction,work task analysis,work process and work relationship system analysis,experience analysis of users,the influencing factors that affect the interaction quality evaluation were summarized.And then,attribution analysis was performed on the influencing factors to extract interaction quality evaluation elements from different factors.The Delphi method was used for cluster analysis of the evaluation elements to obtain the interaction quality evaluation dimension of the platform.The descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis and factor analysis were used to analyze the discrimination,reliability and validity of the evaluation indicators.Based on the above analysis,on the basis of theoretical research of the SERVQUAL model,an interaction quality evaluation model of monitoring platforms for rock burst was established,and the instruction of the model was standardized.With the analytic hierarchy process,the weight value of the evaluation index was determined,which provided a more scientific evaluation standard for interactive optimization design of the type of platform.Taking the intelligent identification and monitoring early warning platform by China University of Mining and technology as an example,the interaction quality evaluation model of rock burst monitoring platform was used to evaluate the platform.Then,the interactive design of platform was optimized,and the evaluation results before and after optimization were compared and analyzed,which verified the guidance and accuracy of the model for platform interactive optimization design,and indirectly proved the effectiveness and reliability of the model.The paper has 33 pictures,28 tables,and 81 references.
