Research On Closed-loop Supply Chain Decision-making Considering Recovery Responsibility And Carbon Emission Reduction Based On Processing Fund

Based on a closed-loop supply chain composed of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recycler,three Stackelberg game models are established and their equilibrium solutions are analyzed;in the case of processing fund,the processing fund on the supply chain members is studied In the case that manufacturers and retailers share the responsibility of recycling,the impact of the proportion of recycling responsibility sharing on the decision-making and profits of supply chain members is studied;in the case that manufacturers reduce carbon emissions and retailers share the responsibility of carbon emission reduction,the impact of the proportion of carbon emissions and responsibility sharing on the decision-making and profits of supply chain members is studied.The results show that the optimal effort level is positively affected by the green preference of consumers,the initial recovery,the amount of subsidy and the sensitivity of consumers to effort level,and negatively affected by the effort cost coefficient and the sensitivity of consumers to recovery price.The more funds the manufacturer pays,the higher the wholesale price,retail price,upper limit of fund subsidy and recovery rate;the more fund subsidies the recycler receives for unit products,the higher the recovery price,recovery effort and recovery amount,the lower the repurchase price.The more responsibility of recovery shared by manufacturers and retailers,the higher the efforts of recyclers,the lower the recovery price and repurchase price,and the higher the recovery volume and recovery rate.The manufacturer's carbon emission reduction increases with the increase of consumers' green preference and retailers' responsibility for emission reduction.With consumers' green preference increasing,the efforts of recyclers will also increase,the wholesale price and retail price will also increase,the recovery price and repurchase price will decrease,the market demand and recovery amount will increase,and the retailers will bear a higher proportion of emission reduction responsibility.In a proper range,the establishment of treatment funds,the improvement of consumers' environmental awareness and the reasonable sharing of responsibilities for recovery and emission reduction can promote the improvement of recovery rate,effectively protect the environment and reduce resource waste.
