Metal corrosion has caused huge losses to the national economy and the safety of personal propeRpy.The anti-corrosion of metal materials has always been the focus of attention.The gas phase corrosion inhibition is a modern excellent anticorrosion means,which can effectively delay the corrosion rate of metals.Gas phase corrosion inhibition ions are easy to volatilize to the metal surface and form a stable passivation film,which has excellent rust prevention effect.However,the existing gaseous corrosion inhibitor is volatile and the volatile gas has a large odor and is toxic,and the corrosion inhibition efficiency is usually low than 90%,which needs to be fuRpher improved.In response to the above practical problems,in order to prepare a kind of high efficiency and lasting green and environmental-friendly vapor phase corrosion inhibitor film,a kind of quaternion gas phase corrosion inhibitor formula with good anti-corrosion and application was prepared by quaternion compound with non-toxic or low toxic sodium tungstate(ST),sodium citrate(SC),hexanediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid(HDTMP)and zinc sulfate(ZS)as basic.materials and widely used Q235 steel as metal matrix,and then the gas phase anti-rust film was prepared by coating.The anti-rust effect is higher than that of some commercially available anti-rust products.The results of electrochemical test and AC impedance test show that when the mass concentrations of ST,SC,HTDMP and ZS are 24,32,0.3 and 2g/L,respectively,due to the synergy between the single-component gas phase corrosion inhibitors,2#quaternary gas phase corrosion inhibitor has the best corrosion inhibition effect.lt has a large impedance spectrum radius,a relatively large Rp value,and a corrosion inhibition rate of 98.9%;As the temperature increases,the corrosion rate of the quaternary gas phase corrosion inhibitor shows a slow downward trend with the impedance spectrum radius and the polarization resistance(Rp)value becomes smaller.while the corrosion inhibition rate is still higher than 96.4%;When the pH of the corrosive medium changes between 3 and 11,the corrosion inhibition rate of the corrosion inhibitor is higher than 90%,Compared with the alkaline environment,the corrosion inhibition effect is better in the acidic environment,and the impedance spectrum radius is largerThe gas-phase anti-rust film and anti-rust paper were prepared with the screened 2#quaternary gas phase corrosion inhibitor.The Q235 steel and 45#steel were subjected to damp heat test and exposure test,and the results showed that their rust prevention ability was higher than that of some commercially available gas phase rust prevention productsRaman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and EDS spectroscopy were used to analyze the corrosion products on the surface of Q23 5 steel and 45#steel,the structure of the inhibitor ions and the complex formed on the metal surface,and the anti-rust mechanism of the anti-rust materials was discussed.It has a good reference value for the study of new green and environmentally friendly gas phase anti-rust materials.
