A Study On Green Cost Management In Datang International

As one of the basic industries supporting China's economic development,the electric power enterprise is also one of the most serious industries damaging the environment in China.Its power generation environment needs to be improved reasonably,which is also an important phenomenon that China urgently needs to adjust.However,China's electricity supply is still dominated by thermal energy,which accounts for more than half of the total power generation.It not only emits serious pollution but also consumes a huge amount of coal and other non-renewable resources.As the country to the attention of environmental protection issued a series of environmental laws and regulations,especially for pollution industry after the discharge law,power companies not only internal faces a serious shortage of non-renewable resources,foreign each year must also bear the huge cost of environmental pollution treatment and control the extra cost caused not only the enterprise's cost increases every year,also increased the burden of enterprises make it more difficult to its earnings.This paper takes Datang International Company as an example to study the green cost management from the viewpoint of the new green cost.It is hoped that through the analysis of the application research of green cost management in this enterprise,the green cost management problem can be deepened into the power industry,so that the power enterprise can reduce the cost of the enterprise while paying attention to environmental protection and reducing pollution emissions,and enhance the profitability of the enterprise.The first two chapters of this paper briefly summarize the recent research on green cost management and the related theory of green cost management,including definitions,characteristics and so on.Starting from Chapter 3,we introduce the background and the whole of Datang enterprise industry situation,and then analyze the current situation of Datang power generation green cost management and clarify the internal and external green cost composition of enterprises.Chapter 4 focuses on the economic and social aspects of Datang International after the implementation of green cost management.In chapter 5,we summarize and analyze the countermeasures of improving the green cost management of Datang Group.The sixth part is the summary of the whole paper.The problem of green cost management in electric power enterprises mentioned in this paper needs the long-term attention and exploration of the vast number of theoretical researchers and practicalmanagement workers.
