Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Waste In Jinzhai County From The Perspective Of "Beautiful Countryside"

With the steady progress of the new rural construction,China’s rural economic level has been greatly improved,and the overall living conditions of rural residents have also been significantly improved.However,the contradiction between people and the environment is becoming increasingly prominent.The quantity of rural household garbage is gradually increasing,which has a direct impact on the production and life of residents and is seriously detrimental to the management of rural ecological environment and the construction of beautiful countryside.Visible,effective control of rural household garbage pollution has become a top priority.Made clear that the 1,2017 file should strictly follow the "prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life" of the relevant requirements,vigorously for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,in an effort to achieve rural revitalization of development at the same time,the vast rural areas building become better homes for people to live and work in peace and contentment.In recent years,under the unified deployment of the central government,local governments have actively taken some corresponding measures,but there are still many practical problems in rural garbage disposal.In order to accelerate the pace of new rural construction,Anhui Provincial Government issued the Plan for Beautiful Rural Construction in Anhui Province(2012-2020)for the construction of beautiful rural areas,pointing out that "the beauty of ecological and livable villages,the beauty of social development and rich people’s life,and the beauty of civilized and harmonious rural style" should be taken as an important development plan and goal.After several years of development,Anhui Province has made remarkable achievements in the construction of beautiful villages,but at the same time,there are also many problems,such as the villagers lack of in-depth understanding of the importance of ecological civilization construction,poor living environment in villages and towns,dirty and disorderly appearance of villages,white garbage everywhere and other ecological environment has been seriously polluted.This is obviously not consistent with the relevant requirements of the construction of beautiful countryside,and these problems should arouse the attention of the whole society.This paper takes Jinzhai County,Anhui Province as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature research,field research and interview method to understand the basic situation of rural household garbage treatment in the selected area,such as the garbage treatment mode,village appearance and so on.Based on the collected data and the interview result is analyzed,and combining with the current to the rural living garbage processing at home and abroad advanced experience,put forward countermeasures to improve the jinzhai county rural living garbage processing Suggestions,in order to jinzhai beautiful rural construction as well as the improvement of farmers’ habitable environment provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference.
