Currently,the after-90 s have became the backbone of the job market step by step.They have higher educational background and vision.They are the main forces to drive the innovation and the promotation of the enterprise.Howerver,they frequently changed their jobs in the workplace.The phenomenon of " say go then go" has puzzled Enterprises.Numerous investigations and studies show that the after-90 s changes jobs frequently,job-hopping occurs frequently in the first few months of employment,and there are almost no signs before leaving the job,showing the characteristics of short-term work behavior of "flash quit",The frequent turnover of employees affects the cognition and loyalty of employees,affects the normal operation of enterprises,and is not conducive to the rapid development of enterprises.M company is a children's bicycle industry companys.90 employees account for more than half of the total number of employees,its short-term work behavior has become the company's urgent problem to be solved.This research methods of this paper are including the literature research method,the field survey method,the interview communication method and so on.On the basis of consulting and studying a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on employee turnover research and the post-1990 s employees' employment concept,turnover tendency and preventive measures,this paper takes the post-1990 s employees of M Company as survey objects This paper analyzes the present situation of the post-90 employees of the company from the aspects of the number of employees,age structure,education level,post distribution,etc.To investigate and understand the on-the-spot investigation and interview of the staff and the telephone interview of the former staff,and to study and analyze the situation and the demands expressed by the staff It is found that personal value realization,salary and welfare,incentive system,management system and enterprise culture are the main factors that affect the short-term Labor behavior.Combined with the current operation and management situation of M Company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as planning individual development prospect,constructing reasonable salary and welfare system,improving employees' sense of achievement and belonging,perfecting enterprise management system,cultivating enterprise culture and organizational atmosphere,etc.To provide reference basis for enterprise managers to improve the management of post-90 s employees,to help enterprises to retain talents,reduce employee turnover and short-term industrial behavior problems,to help effectively stabilize the post-90 s workforce,and to realize the sound development of enterprises and employees,has a very important practical significance.
