With the rapid development of social economy and the rise of new energy industry,the competition between industries is becoming increasingly fierce.The monopoly advantages and benefits advantages of traditional oil refining and chemical enterprises no longer exist,and employee turnover has become one of the important reasons hindering the development of enterprises.H Company,a subsidiary company of CNPC,is located in the northern border area of China.In the past five years,there has been a large loss of grass-roots employees,which has affected the survival and development of the company to some extent.According to the unified arrangement and deployment of CNPC,H Company has gradually promoted the three system reforms and taken measures to avoid the loss of grass-roots staff.However,the phenomenon of grass-roots staff loss has not improved and further effective measures need to be taken.In order to analyze the main influencing factors of dimission intention of grass-roots employees in H Company,this study limited the research object to employees without administrative level,combed the domestic and foreign literature on dimission related issues,and finally selected The Price-Mueller model as the theoretical basis.Through preliminary investigation has carried on the appropriate adjustments to the questionnaire content,formal research issue,take effective survey questionnaire 249,SPSSAU software is used to analyse the data statistical analysis,find out the lack of effective communication,regulations and rules for the operation is not clear,career development planning,consultation channel not unobstructed,five main influence factors such as work environment boring,based on the actual situation of H Company,it puts forward five coping strategies,such as creating an open communication environment,standardizing the implementation of various rules and regulations,strengthening the career development planning of grass-roots employees,broadening the channels for grass-roots employees' suggestions,and humanizing the working environment of grass-roots employees.It is hoped that this study can provide basis and decision support for H Company to formulate human resource management measures,change the current situation of grass-roots staff continuing to lose,and play a reference role for the human resource management of the same industry enterprises in the same region.
