The Applied Research Of The Indigo Dyeing Art In Jeans

Under the impetus of the global trend of green environmental protection,ecological environmental protection concept gradually into the society from all walks of life,"return to nature,green environmental protection,ecological health way of life begins to be more and more people advocate,textile and garment industry as the people are very dependent on traditional industries,the cause of ecological pollution has been a global focus,and as a textile and garment industry pollution areas is washed denim products process caused by the ecological pollution problem.Therefore,the "green" plant dyeing technology is a key step to promote the construction of green,ecological and healthy ecological civilization.The topic was selected with the art of indigo dyeing as the starting point.By referring to a large number of relevant materials and literatures on plant dyeing and indigo dyeing,the author analyzed the relevant theoretical knowledge of plant dyeing and indigo dyeing art,including the development history of indigo dyeing,indigo dyeing process,and the research status of indigo dyeing jeans.In order to prove the feasibility of indigo dye used in jeans,would be 8 oz and 13 oz pounds of denim compared with traditional indigo dyed cotton fabric color fastness,tie-dye,dyeing,hanging dyeing from three methods to soaping,perspiration,water washing,friction resistance,chimney fastness than five aspect,it is concluded that under the condition of the same cotton content,slightly less than traditional cowboy cotton in terms of washable cotton cloth,but best on friction fastness with the traditional indigo dyed cotton fabric.In the practice of pattern printing and dyeing,tie-dye,clip-dyeing and hanging dyeing were used to dye the front and back sections,waist,trouser legs and pockets of jeans,and the optimal dyeing collocation was summarized and analyzed based on the trend of jeans.In the form of questionnaire survey,field investigation and research on the market situation of indigo dyed jeans and consumer demand were studied,based on the investigation of reaction of indigo dyed jeans demand situation,the application of indigo dyeing art in jeans has carried on the feasibility analysis,combining the existing indigo dyeing jeans on the market application of experiment for the development of the product combined with the survey data,the author based on the above experimental data and survey responses to the three themes of design,development,one is the natural landscape theme,2 it is skin texture theme,three is the zodiac theme,aimed at combining the ecological environmental protection and fashion design,The art of indigo dyeing and jeans are endowed with more decorative styles,ecological values and social significance,providing new thinking directions for people in the future in the rigorous process.
