In recent years,in the context of the intelligent era,the domestic denim industry has encountered severe challenges.How to reduce the consumption of denim yarn dyeing and improve the stability of denim dyeing quality is a problem that companies need to solve urgently.The indigo dye used in the dyeing of denim yarn is a vat dye.It is reduced to indigo leuco in a strong alkaline environment.The indigo leuco can be directly dyed on the fiber and attached to the inside of the fiber.After oxidation,it can be restored to indi-go dye.color.In view of the problem that the artificial experience factors in the quality control of traditional indigo dyeing production affect the stability of yarn dyeing quality,the design and optimization of the existing indigo dyeing data management system to achie-ve online monitoring and data control of dyeing parameters are reduced An effective mea-ns of dyeing the denim yarn and improving the stability of the denim dyeing quality.This subject first optimizes the indigo dyeing process parameters,controls the concentration of indigo leucochrome 2.0g/L,the dyeing temperature is 30 ?,uses K/S value as the judging standard,and uses orthogonal experiments to determine the p H value of the dye liquor and free insurance powder.The concentration,penetrant concentration,and dyeing time are optimized to obtain the best dyeing process of the digital control system,and the fine adjustment of the dye liquor composition under the best process conditions to obtain the best range of yarn Lab value.In addition,in order to maintain the stability of the dye liquor components in the production of indigo dyeing to reduce the impact on the color of the yarn,it is necessary to ensure the stability of the indigo reducing solution and the insurance powder supplement solution.For the denim indigo dyeing process,the insurance powder is oxidized by air Leading to the problem of yarn color deviation,the concentration change of free insurance powder in indigo reducing solution and insurance powder supplement solution was detected by potentiometric titration,and the scientific flow supplement of indigo reducing solution and insurance powder supplement solution was obtained after fitting.The equation and the formula for adding additional safety powder after a period of time.The research results show that with the increase of the concentration of free insurance powder in the dyeing liquor,the L,a,and b values of the yarn have a tendency to decrease,but the changes of the L value and the b value are small,and the change of the a value is affected by the free insurance The powder concentration has a greater impact.The L value of the yarn increases with the increase of the p H of the dyeing solution,while the a and b values decrease with the increase of the p H of the dyeing solution.The L value of the yarn first decreases with the increase of the concentration of indigo leucosome in the dyeing system,and then remains unchanged after being reduced to a certain degree.Both the a and b values increase with the increase of the concentration of indigo leucobody in the dyeing system.After the configuration of the indigo reducing solution is completed,the best use time is the first 5 hours.The compensation factor for adding additional insurance powder within 40 hours is 1.3.After more than 40 hours,the compensation factor is 1.2.When the yarn count density is 83.3tex,the total count is 4080,the speed is 20 m/min,the dyeing depth is 4%,the volume of the dyeing solution is 15200 L,and the contact area between the dyeing solution and the air is 10.5m2 per minute.The amount of powder added is 331-1520C2 g,where C2 is the actual concentration of free insurance powder in the dye liquor.Sodium sulfide can be used as an inhibitor for the decomposition of the supplementary powder solution.The addition of 3%(relative to the insurance powder)can reduce the decomposition of the insurance powder,and the addition of 5% sodium bisulfite(relative to the insurance powder)Can also play a very good suppression effect.The above research results provide the original data for the establishment and optimization of the factory's yarn indigo dyeing data management system.
