Research On The Design Of Ease In Pattern-making Of A-line Style Women's Coat

With the improvement of living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for wearing.The coats are deeply loved by female consumers for their practicality and fashion.Among them,A-line women' s coats not only give people beautiful and comfortable beauty,but also play a role in modifying the shape of human body.They meet people's psychological needs and are suitable for most people.The key to the visual beauty and structural rationality of A-line women' s coats is the ease design.The amount of clothing ease is the amount of clothing relaxation relative to human body,which not only directly affects the comfort of clothing,but also is the key factor to determine the space shape of the clothing.This subject takes A-line women' s overcoat as the research object,aiming at studying influence of loose design on the coordination and aesthetics of modeling,further refining and quantifying the silhouette,and establishing a new method of loose design in pattern-making for A-line women' s coats.Firstly,the eye tracking technology was used to analyze to carry out silhouette discrimination experiments on A-line women' s coat,and the key parts of controlling silhouette were determined to be the hem and the chest,which was used as the benchmark for later research.Then 56 A-line female overcoat patterns are collected and redrawn in CAD.At the same time,through comparative analysis,it was determined that the basic pattern of Liu Ruipu's coat-like shape was used as basic pattern version of this study.After collecting the structural data,the difference between chest and bottom is taken as clustering variable to perform cluster analysis on the structural data.The final pattern database is established by selecting A-line women' coat pattern from the results of the subjective evaluation experiment of silhouette of the sample clothes.Then,SPSS software was used to do descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the data,to find the change rule of the pattern data,and to get a new method of ease design in pattern-making of A-line women' s coat.Finally,according to the pattern-making rule and the new method of ease design,the pattern design is carried out.And the pattern drawn in CAD is imported into the CLO 3D virtual fitting software for trial-fit adjustment,so as to draw 1:1paper pattern to make experimental clothes and analyze the effect of wear test on human platform to verify the rationality and feasibility of the new design method of pattern-making ease.In addition,further performing the size discrimination experiment of A-line silhouette isto obtain the control variable interval of size classification,and perfect the ease design method of A-line women' coat.This method provides a new way for the scientific,rapid and accurate pattern-making of women's overcoats,makes the pattern more optimized and reasonable.The method adapts to the rapidly developing of market and the personalized needs of consumers,and has a certain positive significance for promoting the development of clothing theoretical basis and structural design.
