Research On H-type Women's Trousers Rapid Board Making Method

With the rapid development of the Internet economy and the popularization of big data,it has become an important trend in the current fashion design industry to generate clothes and help clothes to make board quickly in an intelligent way.This paper is driven by this environment,put forward the H-shaped women's trouser fast plate-making research.First of all,the collection and collation of relevant data such as rapid garment plate making technology and women's trouser plate making method are analyzed,and the design rules of plate making are analyzed.Second,with H-shaped women's trouser as the breakthrough point,female trousers for female trousers for profile control structure of the factor analysis,using eye tracking technology to study H-shaped women's trouser control parts,determine the structure factors of H-shaped women's trouser for crotch?hip?waist?patella and bottom,as the late research H-shaped women's trousers for fast plate-making benchmark.Clothing CAD technology was used to draw and correct the collected samples.Finally,100 samples of H-shaped women's trouser were determined as samples for the research.The structural data were collected and the sample database was established.Plate type data statistical analysis,and combining the eye tracking results,crotch and hip girth difference,crotch and patella difference two indicators,H-shaped women's trouser for clustering segmentation experiments,the results of the analysis into three groups of comfort,fit,tight structure model,using correlation analysis and regression analysis,a regression model,controlled H modelling female trousers for plate change rule,determine the H-shaped women's trouser for fast plate method.The obtained plate making method and internal element models(Pants province,pants pleats)were combined and verified quickly,and 27 samples were produced.CAD templates were drawn and imported into CLO 3D virtual fitting software to try on the adjusting board and make experimental samples.According to virtual fitting,sample production and subjective evaluation experiments,the rationality and accuracy of the rapid plate making method and clustering segmentation of H-shaped women's trouser were verified.Finally,the paper further expands the practical design and applies the method of plate making obtained from the research.The purpose of this topic is to provide technical exchange guidance between designers and board makers,to a certain extent,to reduce the technical difficulty and threshold access requirements of board making work,and to quickly complete the required sample according to the modelling requirements.At the same time,it provides a scientific theoretical basis and front-end research for the rapid generation system of digital clothing sample,which is helpful to enrich the structural design theory of women's pants and the development of sample technology,and has high academic value and application value.
