In recent years,the issue of food safety has been attracted much attention.The food safety is closely related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is not only directly related to people's physical health,but also closely related to the economic development of a country.The food detection plays an important role in food quality assessment.At present,many enterprises or organizations related to food safety have paid great attention to the food detection work.Thus,it accumulates a large amount of food detection data,the data resources contain more valuable information.Constructing the data warehouse based on these data resources can better evaluate the quality of food.The data warehouse technology can better observe the distribution and trend of food detection data.It can help managers to better grasp the food safety situation.At present,the original detection data is used in constructing the data warehouse in food field,which is not conducive to comprehensive statistical analysis of products.Moreover,most data warehouse are not representative,and they are very poor in universality,because constructing the data warehouse is based on a product of a certain area.The safety of a product needs to be judged by detecting a variety of items.Moreover,the number of items need to be detected for different products is different.And the evaluation criteria of different detection items are also different.In the case that the data type is complicated and the data format is not uniform.The data must be processed before the data warehouse is constructed.Otherwise it is difficult to make statistical analysis of the detection data.And it is impossible to make a comprehensive and unified evaluation of the food quality.Currently,there are many evaluation methods for processing detection data,among which the index evaluation method is most common.But there are some drawbacks in the existing index evaluation method.For example,the sampling index can't be calculated.Therefore,this paper proposes two kinds of data processing methods based on index evaluation method.They can be used to evaluate the products comprehensively.The main work of this paper is carried out in three aspects mainly.First,the detection data need to be standardized,so that the quality of food can be evaluated comprehensively.Second,construct the data warehouse with the processed data,and divide the data into different granularity and dimensions.Finally,Visualize the processed data.Through the results of the processing,the change trend of food quality can be observed from different granularity and dimension by constructing the data warehouse.It provides great convenience for food-related enterprises and institutions.It not only can grasp the safety status of food better,but also can analyze and predict the development trend of the food safety.Besides,it can also provide a scientific basis for managers to make decisions.
