The development process of gas flow distribution on the material surface plays a very important role in maintaining the stable operation of the blast furnace,guiding the optimal operation of the blast furnace and its regulation and control.Although there are a variety of detection methods and gas flow distribution models,it cannot describe the dynamic development of gas flow distribution,and it is impossible to realize the online monitoring and automatic control of blast furnace gas flow distribution characteristics and furnace conditions.A large amount of gas flow distribution with time data contains deep-level characteristics of the blast furnace smelting process.It is the key to realize the automatic control of the blast furnace smelting process to tap the inherent mechanism of the gas flow development process.Therefore,as for the current status of research on the characteristics of gas flow dynamic development and its influencing factors is not yet clear,this paper takes Baotou steel No.6 blast furnace as the research object,using image processing technology,artificial intelligence technology,time series processing technology,to conduct "data-driven research on the development process of blast furnace material gas flow",and explores the development of gas flow between burden distribution cycles.Relevance,grasp the development law of the distribution of gas flow in the burden distribution cycle,find a reasonable gas flow development model suitable for the blast furnace,and provide help for the distribution of the blast furnace.In this paper,a development model for the distribution of gas flow in the material surface is established based on the actual production data of No.6 blast furnace in Baotou steel,which divides the continuous gas flow development process into the "state vector sequence" of the burden distribution cycle to express the gas flow in each period.And the changing characteristics provide a new research idea for monitoring and regulating the dynamic development of blast furnace gas flow.Combining the burden distribution cyclecenter and edge characteristics in the model,the operating state of the blast furnace could be obtained that :The development of gas flow in the blast furnace burden distribution cycle material surface is divided into four modes.The prosperous period and distribution period of the four modes are positively correlated with the gas utilization rate,while the middevelopment period is negatively correlated with the gas utilization rate;the corresponding edges of the four modes Development and center point deviation show certain regularity;the proportion of time in different periods of the burden distribution cycle,the central deviation of gas flow,and the development of edge gas flow all affect the gas utilization rate,The results of this study can provide guidance for the blast furnace gas flow regulation objectives,regulation direction,regulation timing;During the operation of the blast furnace,several parameters of the burden distribution cycle were online monitored to determine its development mode.By increasing the distribution period,controlling the vigorous period,and moderately developing the edge,etc.The gas flow is adjusted to the target mode 1,the utilization rate of the gas is improved,and the visualized operation and online intelligent control of the blast furnace distribution are realized;In the early stage of gas flow development,the gas flow center was located near the blast furnace throat physical center.With the development of gas flow,the gas flow center gradually shifted to the southwest;during the distribution period,the gas flow center gradually approached the blast furnace throat physical from the southwest.center;When regulating the development process of the gas flow of the material surface,the current burden distribution cycle has an influence range of 8 cycles on the subsequent gas flow distribution,and the influence gradually weakens.
