The blast furnace distribution chute is one of the core components of the bell-less top furnace distributor. All the materials cause impact and wear on the distribution chute, causing it to wear out and deform. Therefore, the rationality and reliability of the design directly affect the refining The effective and safe production and service life of steel. In recent years, various research and development have put forward higher requirements on the performance, structure and service life of the blast furnace distribution chute. The structural improvement of the distribution chute under the action of wear and stress is very important.Significance.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)A 3000m~3 blast furnace distribution chute is the research object.Based on theoretical calculations, the discrete element model of the throat, bracket and chute assembly is established using discrete element software EDEM and SolidWorks and other software. The particle size and behavior information of the charge are obtained through calculation and simulation. In order to obtain more accurate results, select the correct and reasonable contact model to lay the foundation for subsequent simulation calculations.(2)Analyze the impact and abrasive wear of different areas of the chute, establish a discrete element wear analysis model of the blast furnace chute cloth, and study the influence of the charge on the wear of the chute under the control variable method to study the different chute inclination and different structural forms and physical properties Out:The wear of the charge to the chute is mainly concentrated near the impact area.Different influencing factors have different effects on the wear and stress characteristics of the cloth chute.Based on this, the wear-resisting scheme and use method of the cloth chute under different working conditions are proposed.(3)Using EDEM and ANSYS Workbench to establish a coupled model, the simulation analysis of the load characteristics of the material distribution chute.Based on this coupling model,it is used to analyze the stress and strain of the cloth chute at the moment of maximum stress to obtain the stress and strain characteristics caused by the chute receiving material during the cloth chute:(1)The positioning of the bracket and the chute at different angles The stress in the vicinity of the block connection is the largest, and the fit between the chute and the bracket is too poor, causing the chute to trip and fall off. Therefore,in the structural design, the wear resistance and strength of the chute should be ensured, and the stress concentration should be reduced.(2)The maximum deformation is at the end of the chute, indicating that the edge strength of the end of the chute is small. When designing the structure, measures should be taken to reduce the deformation of the tail and make it control within the allowable range.(4)According to the content of the research and analysis of this subject,it is of great significance to make preliminary improvements to the overall structure and local position of the blast furnace distribution chute, which provides reference for extending its service life and efficient production. In this paper, the discrete element method is mainly used, and the coupling of the finite element method is used to study the process of the chute in the blast furnace distribution and the mechanical behavior of the charge on the chute. The advantages of the discrete element method and the finite element method can be fully utilized to obtain the charge and geometry For boundary motion and mechanics-related content, there is less human intervention to obtain more stable analysis results, provide reasonable data theory support, and it is of great significance to carry out preliminary improvement of the structure of the chute.
