Ironmaking is a key link in the steel production process.The blast furnace cloth chute is a key equipment for reasonable fabrics.All the ironmaking raw materials(sinter,pellets,coke,etc.)and fuel entering the blast furnace must impact the fabric chute.The blanking impact on the chute is an important factor leading to the damage of the chute.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)According to the collected domestic and foreign materials,the development history of the blast furnace distributor and the cloth chute and its current development trend are introduced in detail.Discuss the main factors affecting the service life of the blast furnace cloth chute,such as the cloth law,the chute structure,etc.,and analyze how it affects the service life of the chute.(2)In-depth understanding of the movement process of the charge in the blast furnace cloth chute,analyze the kinematics and mechanical behavior mechanism involved in the process,and then establish a mathematical calculation model for the dimensional parameters required when designing the chute structure.In addition,the multi-ring distribution method and the inclination control method of the chute were studied,and the influence of the size parameters such as the length of the chute on the position of the center of gravity of the chute was discussed.(3)Introduce the numerical calculation equation of the discrete element method,and use the fluid theory to calculate the impact of the material on the chute,combined with the actual project,according to the weight of each ore,the density of the ore,the discharge time of a can,and the chute.The theoretical impact of the material on the chute is calculated from the relevant parameters such as the inclination angle.Then,the fabric model was built by Solidworks software and imported into the general CAE software EDEM.According to the material conditions and the actual working conditions of the blanking material,the materials and attributes of the fabric system model were set,and the two aspects were further studied and analyzed.The first is to analyze the results obtained by applying discrete element simulation and the second is to analyze the impact force by using the applied theory.Through the analysis,the feasibility and analysis accuracy of the discrete element method for the simulation of the clothmodel are verified.The discrete element method provides an important reference for simulating the effect of ore loose particles on the chute and optimizing the chute liner.In this paper,according to the damage situation of the chute provided on site,the key values affecting the chute structure are calculated and the impact behavior of the blanking material on the cloth chute is simulated.On the other hand,based on the discrete element method,the actual model of the canned bell-free blast furnace is established,and the particle segregation distribution in the fabric process is simulated and analyzed.The macroscopic and microscopic description of the particle motion distribution is realized,and how to make the blast furnace fabric reach the most The good state is very important.
