Study On The Design Of Rattan Weave Packaging Of "Langling Can Wine"

Rattan as a finished product of raw materials,is made from local materials for rattan packaging.The natural materials and processes without decoration reflect the simple and concise design style,which coincides with the green design concept of modern design,which advocates ecological environment protection,returning to nature and returning to nature.Rattan weaving is a traditional handicraft form in China and a national intangible cultural heritage protection project.Rattan weaving products are also widely used in various products in our lives.Based on the elasticity,flexibility,plasticity and other characteristics of rattan materials,rattan packaging has a very good protection function,which is very suitable for packaging fragile products.Wine can is a common form of folk wine packaging,which has the value of preservation,appreciation and use."Langling can liquor" in Queshan County,Henan Province,is named after the region.It originated from the folk brewing workshop and the custom of eating wine in big bowl in Han Dynasty.The packaging form of lifting and canning together is called "lifting official liquor".It is deeply loved by consumers and gradually becomes the best gift for banquet guests.The unique canned form of "Langling can liquor" is not only a major feature,but also a typical representative of Henan liquor culture,which has attracted the attention and support of the government.Wine can is the carrier form of traditional wine culture.The combination of wine can and rattan make up a whole package,which meets the functions of protection,practicality,beautification and transportation of wine package,and is also the specific performance of implementing green package.This paper takes "Langling can liquor" in Henan Province as the design practice object,consults a large number of literature and books and field investigation,understands the rattan weaving technology and its packaging application method,combines the case of "Langling can liquor" brand and the market situation of "Langling can liquor" packaging,and conceives the scheme from the aspects of material,technology,modeling and vision to mainly solve the rattan weaving packaging technology The combination of rattan and wine can is designed to form a series of design schemes.This paper tries to find out the future development direction of folk ecological packaging design in wine packaging design,so as to inherit the design form of wine packaging combining can and rattan.
