With the improvement of life quality and the booming development of manufacturing industry,textiles are playing a more and more important role in people's daily life.Meanwhile,with the deepening of people's understanding of microorganisms,more attention is paid to the health and safety of textiles.Because of its own limitations,traditional textiles are easy to become the medium for the spread and breeding of bacteria,and petrochemical fibers are not biodegradable and easy to cause secondary pollution to the environment,so it needs a biodegradable substitute with excellent antibacterial performance.Silk fibroin?SF?and gelatin?GT?are two representative natural polymers with high safety and biodegradability.Inorganic antibacterial agents such as silver,gold and copper oxide have a long period of validity and do not produce drug resistance,which can meet the antibacterial needs of daily life.Based on this,the preparation and antibacterial properties of silk fibroin/gelatin composite fibers were studied by electrospinning.By combining natural polymer with inorganic antibacterial agent,biodegradable fibrous materials with antibacterial function are prepared to realize the application of harmless antibacterial fiber.The specific contents are as follows:?1?SF/GT composite fiber was synthesized in one step by electrospinning method,and the addition ratio of them was discussed.The characterization results showed that the material effect was best when the mass ratio of them was 1:3.The Ag-SF/GT composite fibers were synthesized by introducing silver source.The experiment showed that the introduction of Ag did not affect the morphology and structure of fibers,but the antibacterial performance was greatly improved,and it had excellent antibacterial performance against S.aureus and E.coli.When the Ag content was 0.4 wt.%,the antibacterial ratio was 99.99%.?2?Au-SF/GT composite fiber were synthesized in one step by electrospinning method.The characterization results showed that the color of fibrous membranes changed due to the different content of gold nanoparticles,and the morphology of fibers changed little.The introduction of SiO2 is conducive to improving the water vapor transmittance of the material.When the SiO2 addition ratio is 2 wt.%,the permeability of the composite fibrous material is the best.The antibacterial experiment proves that the antibacterial property of Au-SF/GT fibers has certain requirements on the content of Au,and only when the content of Au is high can the antibacterial property be significant.The addition of SiO2 has no obvious influence on the antibacterial property of composite fibrous materials,but can improve the gas permeability of the material.?3?The CuO@SiO2 materials synthesized by electrospinning shows abundant lamellar fold structure,high specific surface area and graded porous structure,and the CuO are evenly dispersed on the surface of silica,without agglomeration.CuO@SiO2 was used as an added component,and the fiber structure of CuO@SiO2-SF/GT composite prepared by secondary electrospinning was uniform and continuous,and the water vapor transmittance was maintained at 3800?4300 g·m-2·day-1.The antibacterial experiment proved that CuO@SiO2-SF/GT fibrous materials had excellent antibacterial performance against S.aureus and E.coli.When the proportion of CuO was 0.8 wt.%,the antibacterial ratio was as high as 99.9%.
