Research On The Construction Of Post’s Green Supply Chain

As resource issues and environmental issues become more severe,more and more companies are beginning to realize the importance of sustainable development,and begin to regard green supply chain management as an important strategic choice to achieve sustainable development goals.Green supply chain management comprehensively considers the environmental impact and resource efficiency,and innovates the management model.It is in line with the concept of ecological civilization development and is an important "environmental management method".As a typical high-consumption and high-pollution industry,the implementation of green supply chain management in the postal industry will promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and improve industrial competitiveness and ability to serve related industries.Therefore,it is urgent to build a systematic green supply chain in the postal industry for further major development.Based on the above background,the paper will select the postal industry as the research object and study the construction of its green supply chain.Firstly,the paper will introduce related concepts such as the postal industry and green supply chain management,define the scope of this paper,and compare the green supply chain with traditional supply chain.Then,the paper will describe the current basic operation process,current situation and existing problems of the postal supply chain.And the necessity and feasibility of green supply chain management in the postal industry are also summarized.Based on the foregoing analysis,the paper will clarify the composition of the green supply chain management function activities of the postal industry,including green operating systems,green service systems,green support systems,and green recycling systems.And the paper will build a functional model of green supply chain management of the postal industry using the IDEF0 model,which details the links between the functional activity modules.In combination with the model constructed,this article will further select some key nodes which include green service design,green procurement,green R&D,green acceptance,green sorting and processing,green transportation,and green delivery,and analyze the implementation points of each node in detail.Finally,the article will summarize the expected effects of the green supply chain constructed,such as systematic,intelligent,shared,intensive,as well as the difficult problems that may be faced during the implementation,such as fierce market competition,lack of core companies,insufficient corporate power,low level of consumer coordination and so on.Based on the difficulties that may be faced,the paper will also propose corresponding safeguard measures from three different levels:government,enterprise and consumer.
