Mine hoisting system is a bridge between the ground and the underground,which plays an important pole of the coal production and transportation system.Its safety and reliability affect the production efficiency of the whole mine and the safety of the mine staff.However,the current condition monitoring of mine hoisting system generally adopts the method of manual detection,which is high cost,low efficiency,poor accuracy,and difficult to meet the actual monitoring requirements.Moreover,the traditional wired monitoring method is difficult to adapt to the harsh environment and complex conditions of coal transportation.Therefore,it is urgent to find an effective method for condition monitoring of mine hoisting system.Wireless sensor network has the advantages of low energy consumption,flexible networking and strong fault tolerance,which has the potential to solve the problem of condition monitoring of mine hoisting system.However,due to the special geographical environment and complex working conditions of the mine,its application in the condition monitoring of the hoisting system still faces many challenges.Based on the actual needs,this paper proposes to design a self-powered,flexible networking and reliable performance condition monitoring network of mine hoisting system,the main research contents include:1)The overall design of mine hoisting system condition monitoring network.In this paper,the influence of environmental factors on the attenuation of electromagnetic wave in each frequency band was analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of commonly used short-range wireless communication technologies were compared,and the specific monitoring parameters of the monitoring network were selected.Through the comparison and analysis,it is found that ZigBee is more suitable for the condition monitoring of the mine hoisting system with 2.4GHz as the communication frequency.Three condition parameters,temperature,humidity and acceleration,were selected to monitor the health condition of the mine hoisting system.On this basis,the overall structure of the monitoring network was designed.2)Design of energy supply module based on wind energy in shaft.The energy supply module mainly includes a micro wind power generation module and an energy management circuit.After analyzing the distribution of wind resources in the shaft,a micro wind power generation module was designed and its function was tested;according to the characteristics and application requirements of the micro wind power generation module and energy storage module,an energy management circuit was developed.Through simulation and experimental testing,the performance of the energy management circuit shows that the energy supply module can supply energy for the nodes stably and reliably.3)The network construction,application and upper computer software design of wireless sensor network for condition monitoring of mine hoisting system.According to the actual application requirements of monitoring network,the self-healing and self-organizing network program was designed in the network layer,and the network application program including data frame,address management and node workflow was designed in the application layer.Finally,the upper computer software of monitoring network was developed based on LabVIEW virtual instrument platform.4)The function experiment research and analysis on software and hardware of condition monitoring network.Firstly,the performance of the energy supply module was tested,then the power consumption of the nodes was tested experimentally,and the energy-saving strategies of the common nodes were analyzed.Secondly,the robustness and self-healing of the network were tested under simulated fault conditions,the results show that the monitoring network can realize the self-healing of the fault network.Thirdly,a multi hop network with a network depth of 15 was built to test the transmission service quality and network throughput.The results show that the network has high reliability and good real-time performance.Finally,the upper computer software was tested and the data acquisition experiment was carried out.The results show that the upper computer software achieves the expected function and has high the data acquisition accuracy.The monitoring network designed in this paper has the characteristics of self-energy supply,reliable operation and high data acquisition accuracy,which can meet the application requirements of mine hoisting system condition monitoring.This thesis includes 71 figures,9 tables,and 80 references.
