Due to the various "retro" styles of denim clothing,it is widely popular as a fashion element.Various retro styles come from different rinsing processes,but the cost of rinse is always high.On the one hand,the rinsing process relies too much on the craftsmen,In the case of fewer and fewer people engaged in the rinsing industry,more labor costs need to be paid.On the other hand,in the actual rinsing process,according to many years of experience and the reproduction of the previous rinsing process,the craftsmen often only considers the effect of rinsing,which is not the optimal rinsing scheme.In order to get the best washing scheme under the expected effect,this paper proposes to use the approximate model to replace the personal experience of the washing engineer,get the relationship between the process parameters and the washing effect,and establish the optimal model on the basis of the approximate model.Under the condition of achieving the expected washing effect,get the combination of the process parameters with the lowest cost,so as to reduce the production cost.In this paper,the most commonly used sodium hypochlorite rinsing in rinsing process is discussed.The approximate model of chlorine bleaching process can reflect the relationship between process parameters and performance indexes.Through the analysis of the chlorine bleaching process,three main factors affecting the chlorine bleaching process are obtained,which are the treatment temperature,production time and the concentration of sodium hypochlorite.In this paper,the above three main factors are taken as input,and the performance indexes after washing water,including K /S value,bending rigidity,longitudinal and latitudinal fracture strength and compression recovery rate of front and back sides,are selected as response output.The relationship between input and output is established by using approximate model method.In the process of establishing the approximate model,three factors and five levels orthogonal test method is selected to sample in the value space of chlorine bleaching process parameters,and relevant process experiments are carried out.On the basis of the experiment,the approximate models are established by quadratic response surface method,Kriging method and BP neural network method,and the accuracy of each model is compared and analyzed.Finally,Kriging model with the best accuracy is selected as the approximate model of chlorine bleaching process.Based on the established approximate model,this paper takes the production cost as the goal,takes the three main factors and the output performance index as the constraints to establish the optimization model of chlorine bleaching process,and uses the differential evolution algorithm to solve the optimization model.Finally,this paper uses case study to explain the whole optimization process and get the optimal solution,so as to verify the effectiveness of the model.
