Suits are the most commonly worn formal clothes.In the overall plate making steps of a suit,the lapel collar is one of the most difficult parts,and the collar is located in the overall visual center of the suit,which has more research significance.In the research of the structure drawing of the lapel collar,it is usually the comparison and optimization of various plate making methods of the lapel collar.There is no analysis of structural factors such as the amount of lodging that affects the lapel collar and the outer arc.Therefore,this article uses women’s clothing.The 160 / 84 A model is a basic research size.It uses a combination of three-dimensional cutting and planar drawing to make plates.Through experiments to demonstrate the factors that affect the amount of lodging and the arc of the outer collar.This thesis focuses on the different lapel collars in a single-breasted women’s suit,and the human neck structure as the research object.The second chapter mainly understands the neck outer collar contour,bone composition and superficial muscles,and the neck structure.It is closely related to the lapel collar,and standard definitions of the neck reference line and the reference point are used to avoid cognitive errors in the center of the front neck and the side of the neck,and at the same time lay the theoretical foundation for research.The third chapter introduces the definition and classification of the lapel collar,introduces various flat plate making methods and three-dimensional cutting methods of the lapel collar,compares the advantages and disadvantages of different drawing methods,and lays the method foundation for the structural experiments below.Then analyze the structural influencing factors of the single-breasted lapel collar lamination amount and the outer collar arc length,and get the three main factors: lapel width,barge height,and serial line position.The fourth chapter divides these three factors into three-dimensional cutting experiments,and obtains the length of the outer collar arc.Combining with the flat plate making,the length of the lodging amount is obtained.Finally,the amount of lodging at different lapel widths,the length of the outer collar arc,and The amount of lodging at the barge point,the length of the outer collar arc,and the amount of lodging at different serial port lines,the length of the outer collar arc.The fifth chapter summarizes the overall picture comparison of the results of the experiment,which is mainly divided into lapel width experiments,barge point experiments,serial port line experiments,front and back white blank effects comparison,and structural layout comparison.The sixth chapter combines its experimental results with creative design for practical application,and designs three suits that conform to the experimental research,and then uses the experimental results of this topic to make drawings and apply theoretical research to practice.The lapel collar is a key part in the flat drawing of clothing,and it is also the important part in three-dimensional cutting drawing.Through targeted research on the structure of the lapel collar,it can improve the platemaking efficiency of platemakers,reduce labor intensity,and automate for the future.The plate-making software provides the basis of experimental data,thereby promoting the intelligent digital development of the clothing industry.
