Under the background that the pollution control facilities are widely used in the environmental protection work,the disadvantages of the artificial inspection pollution control facilities are increasingly prominent.Due to the frequent phenomenon of the shutdown of pollution control facilities caused by power failure and equipment failure,it is difficult for the pollution control facilities to play a fundamental role.The lack of primary data on the operation of pollution control facilities is not conducive to the analysis of energy consumption and the formulation of error-peak production plans.In addition,the problem of insufficient capacity to deal with abnormal conditions of equipment needs to be solved urgently.Based on the purpose of optimizing the supervision system of pollution treatment facilities and improving the operation efficiency of environmental protection facilities,a dynamic environmental protection supervision platform for pollution treatment facilities was developed.Motivated pollution treatment facilities and environmental protection supervision platform based on B/S architecture and Mybatis,Spring technology development,such as the Boot in hoisting system adaptability,easy to maintain data persistence thought at the same time,call Spring Boot,Shiro frame component implementation complete access and security control system,and guarantee the safety of system regulation and access data;Develop mobile terminal system based on Android platform to adapt to more mobile facilities and realize synchronization of on-site supervision and data management;The characteristics of the lightweight and simple Mysql database play a role in regulating system resources.This system has realized modules such as real-time monitoring,real-time abnormal alarm,statistical analysis,energy consumption analysis,error-peak production management,basic data management,APP,etc.Real-time monitoring module to realize the overall monitoring,real-time monitoring,entrance guard management functions,such as real-time alarm module implements anomaly records to add and processing function,statistics analysis module implements equipment state statistics,corporate facilities operation analysis,and other functions,the energy consumption analysis module implementation summary electricity enterprise data,management of energy consumption statistics function,peak production management module to achieve emission reduction plan management,the peak production implementation management functions,basic data management module to achieve industry management,equipment management,log management and other functions,the APP achieve environmental protection,the production facilities monitoring function.The application of the environmental protection supervision platform for power pollution treatment facilities can effectively integrate the supervision system for pollution treatment facilities of functional departments,so as to make up for the shortage of manual inspection and ensure that enterprises can timely master the operation status of equipment and improve the operation efficiency of environmental protection facilities.This platform realizes the innovation of the new mode of environmental protection electricity supervision,gives full play to the advantages of information means,realizes the information sharing of environmental protection equipment operation and enhances its transparency,and provides an important basis for the analysis and decision-making of the regulatory authorities.
