At present,the existing manufacturing enterprises in China still adopt a simple information management method in the fault management of CNC machine tools,which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also has low efficiency.With the development of digital manufacturing and mobile internet technology,this will inevitably bring new challenges and development trends to the fault management of CNC machine tools.Therefore,in order to realize the real-time monitoring and fault management of CNC machine tools by industrial manufacturers,this paper designs and implements a real-time management system for CNC machine tool faults based on Android platform.According to the actual needs of industrial enterprises for the efficient management of CNC machine tools,the main functions of the system are divided into six functional modules: system user management,equipment information management,equipment fault diagnosis,maintenance information management,push and control management,and spare parts management.Through the use of fault diagnosis technology,the CNC machine tool fault program detection,and achieve the effect of "human-computer interaction",the use of push technology to achieve real-time push of fault messages.This study combines MVC framework,UML use case diagram,JSP+Servlet+Java Bean programming language,My SQL database technology as the basis of software development,and develops software.After briefly introducing the basic concepts of computer foundation,the system needs in turn.Analysis,system design,system implementation,and system testing,and use UML functional use case diagrams to specifically describe the system development process.The interface diagram is used to demonstrate the implementation effect of the system on the user terminal platform.When testing the system,the function test table is usedto display the test effect.Finally,through the summary and outlook to show the research results and research significance of the system.The system is in the test run stage.The result of function test shows that the design function logic structure of the system is clear.The innovation of this system is to transfer the traditional CNC machine tool fault real-time management system from the PC end to the Android system,which is more beautiful on the interface and more convenient to operate.Secondly,the fault information of the CNC machine tool is monitored by the background in real time,which relieves the work pressure of the staff and pushes the fault information completion information.After receiving the fault information,the staff can also realize the remote control operation of the faulty machine tool,help the staff to find problems and solve problems in time,and create good economic value for the manufacturing enterprise.
