As a big coal producing country,coal occupies an important position in the energy consumption structure.With the proposal of the 13th five year plan,coal enterprises are facing more and more policy regulation,and the competition in coal market is becoming more and more fierce.In addition,coal enterprises can ensure the annual profit growth,which largely depends on the development and improvement of production equipment and technology.The development from conventional mining to fully mechanized mining makes the output greatly increased and the enterprise benefit increased.However,the research on organizational structure and management system is relatively less.Under the current development trend,coal enterprises can better cope with various challenges in the future by actively adjusting the production structure,optimizing the management mode and realizing enterprise reform.Taking S-mine as an example,according to the principle of structure and function,this paper puts forward the method of S-mine to lead the process reengineering to realize the enterprise reform.The establishment of contract oriented organizational structure of S-mine matrix,Based on the theory of structure function principle,organization development theory and modern organization structure theory,by comparing various types of organizational structure,this paper designs organization structure from four aspects of department,function,authority and level,and establishes matrix contract oriented organizational structure.After the reorganization of S-mine,a new organizational structure is established,which makes the management process change and needs to be reconstructed.Firstly,it analyzes the changes of each link of the management process after reorganization,then optimizes the design of the management process by using the ESIA method,and then reconstructs the new management process.Finally,it uses the Balanced Scorecard to determine the evaluation index,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the process optimization effect.The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the management process optimization is satisfactory,that is to say,the management process reengineering is successful.
