Research On The Reengineering Of Coal Import Business Process Of LX Company

At present,information transparency makes the competition between enterprises increasingly fierce.Followed by the deepening of the reform of enterprise management work.How to completely break the traditional functional organization structure,set up a new process of organizational structure,thus to make breakthrough progress in the enterprise operating costs,product quality,service quality and production efficiency,that is the top priority problem to be solved in enterprises.In this context,the idea of business process reengineering was born.This thesis,from the perspective of business process reengineering,combines the current situation of the import business process of LX company to reengineer its business process.Firstly,the research background and significance of this thesis are put forward according to the present situation,and the process reengineering theory is sorted out,which provides the theoretical preparation for the implementation of LX company's reengineering.Secondly,the LX company import business process and the status quo of organization structure are described,through identification analysis on the LX company's existing process of purchasing,sales,customs clearance,port delivery,the key problems which exist in the business process and restrict the development of the enterprise are found out.Then,regarding the specific problems existing in LX's business processes,use the new design method and system transformation method to reconstruct.The organizational structure was optimized based on the principles for the formulation of the case,the principle of integration,and the principle of standardization,and a specific plan for the reengineering of the import business of LX was proposed.Finally,the supporting measures are put forward for the business process reengineering of LX company,and the results are evaluated.
