Study On The Optimization Of Traffic Safety Risk Management And Control Of Vehicle Depot In Northeast China

China's social economy has always been in the process of rapid development.After entering the new era,the principal contradiction in society has also changed substantially.What people pursue is not only the result,but also the enjoyment of the process.In terms of railway transportation,people also put forward higher requirements for the safety,convenience and comfort of traffic travel.It has become a key topic of current research to accelerate the development of railway transportation,improve the comprehensive performance of trains,improve the running speed of passenger trains and ensure the safety of train operation.In this context,the railway sector continuously improves the safety management quality and standards of the transport station segment through research,which reduces the railway traffic accident rate continuously.However,there is still a certain distance from people's expectation of safe transport.At present,our focus is to use safety risk management theory,to analyze the identified risks exist in the process of production safety of railway transportation,and reduce or eliminate security risks,improve the conform to the safety of the railway and has stronger operability risk management system,and to predict the security risks,to control in advance,prevent the happening of the accident from the source.Based on the characteristics of railway station management in northeast China,this paper mainly refers to suifenhe station's safety management experience,and analyzes the shortcomings of railway station management in Northeast China from the perspective of specific problems.Based on the theory and method of safety risk management,this paper analyzes and evaluates the weak links and potential risks in the current safety management,and puts forward corresponding preventive measures for the potential risk factors,so as to construct a scientific and efficient safety management system with the characteristics of safety production in the northeast railway station segment and the concept of safety risk management.The application of safety risk management in railway railway station not only helps to improve the responsibility awareness and safety awareness of all cadres and staff in the railway management system,but also has certain practical significance for improving the safety standardization management level of the entire railway system,reducing safety production risks and reducing accident losses.Practice shows that the research results of this paper not only provide reference for the safety risk management of the railway station in northeast China,but also provide theoretical and methodological guidancefor the safety production of the whole railway vehicle service system to a certain extent,which is worthy of reference.
