With the development of economy,construction industrialization has become a new development trend.How to save energy and environmental protection and speed up construction is an urgent problem for the development of construction industry.Under this background,China has begun to vigorously develop assembled buildings.Taking the construction safety control of the four-phase assembly construction project of Shanghai pujiang base as the research object,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction safety,puts forward the measures of qualitative and quantitative control,and achieves the purpose of reducing the occurrence of safety accident.The main research content is as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the key link of the construction of the assembly construction project and the influencing factors of the construction safety of the assembly construction.Through collecting and collating the case data and related documents over the years and selecting 14 sub-factors for human,material,environment and management,the index system of the factors affecting the safety of the construction of the assembled building is constructed.Secondly,the weight of each influencing factor is calculated by combining G1 method and entropy method,and the construction safety level of the four-phase assembly construction project of Shanghai Pujiang Base is evaluated by improving TOPSIS method,and the key factors affecting the construction safety of the project are found out.It provides a new method and idea for solving the problems in the construction safety of the assembled building.Finally,for the project with the lowest level of safety,concrete qualitative control measures are proposed from four aspects:person,object,environment and management.To measure the accident losses of the assembled buildings in terms of both direct and indirect losses,and to find the connection between them by fitting the function of the safety input and safety input loss ratio of the four aspects of human,physical,environmental and management.Then according to the importance of each sub-factor,an optimal control model is established to realize the rational allocation of safety input,and provide guidance for future security management decisions.
