With the improvement of environmental protection requirements of economic and social development,chemical exhaust emissions will be strictly controlled.It is an effective treatment method for chemical exhaust gas to realize the emission standard after the combustion of the boiler is introduced into the combustion system of the gas.In this paper,Aiming at the problem that the chemical exhaust gas of the group company is burned through the blowing gas boiler and the three-waste boiler,the exhaust gas emission cannot meet the standard.The author conducts scientific diversion according to the characteristics of each fluid,and optimizes the reuse of the exhaust gas with higher heating value in the chemical and synthesis workshops.Fluent's combustion simulation analysis confirmed the feasibility of blending in the furnace.In order to realize the recovery and utilization of the calorific value of the exhaust gas and meet the environmental protection requirements,based on the domestic and foreign research status of the boiler blending chemical exhaust gas,go out to investigate the actual case of the blended combustion and the actual operating conditions of the gas boiler.Exhaust gas and synthetic exhaust gas are measured for actual components,calorific value of exhaust gas and exhaust gas flow are calibrated,and measures for separating impurities and moisture in exhaust system are formulated.The real data determination and analysis of the soda system,smoke-air system,fuel system and furnace specification of the actual circulating fluidized bed boiler of the enterprise were carried out.Comb the exhaust gas pipeline,design furnace pipeline,consider the arrangement of exhaust gas filter,in order to ensure the gas combustion process clean and safe.On the basis of the above work,according to the actual process index,combined with the usual process operation and adjustment,this paper uses Fluent simulation software to simulate and analyze the exhaust gas in the furnace,and studies the effect of combustion temperature field and different operating conditions on O2 and NOx concentration field.The results showed that this optimization and transformation realized the stable combustion of tail gas in the furnace and achieved good energy-saving and environmental protection effects.The successful implementation will provide a good reference for the exhaust gas treatment of various chemical enterprises,and will have a good guiding significance for the treatment of multiple types of exhaust gas generated in the development of the chemical industry.
