With the development of social economy,science and technology,people 's pursuit of quality of life has been greatly improved,and the demand for intelligent products is increasing.The smart watch not only has the function of indicating time,but also has many functions such as reminder,navigation,detection,etc.,which makes the smart watch not only have a beautiful and small appearance,but also have many operation functions,especially by the young people now.At present,most of the enterprises that produce smart watches are based on the assembly line production,which is a highly efficient production mode,but the production efficiency of the assembly line is affected by the balance of the production line.The production line studied in this paper is a typical enterprise that assembles smart watches.Although it was not established for a long time,in recent years,driven by its own efforts and external market environment,it has developed rapidly.In this paper,the industrial engineering technology is used to analyze the current situation of production process,process operation time,5S management and operation environment,and find out the existing problems of the production line.Then,the industrial engineering improvement method is used to solve the problems mentioned above,so that the time of the over beat process is reduced to below the production beat.The total optimization amount of the process time is 44.51 s,the bottleneck process after optimization is 37.33 s,the balance rate is increased from 64.05% to 90.06%,and the direct cost saving is at least 616000 yuan a year.Using the analysis and optimization of work and environment in human factors engineering analysis,the workshop is equipped with ventilation equipment,and the lighting facilities are strengthened,so that the work environment is greatly improved.The article also optimizes the 5S management of the production line,so that the production line is optimized,and good results are achieved.Finally,the optimization effect of the production line is evaluated,summarized,and the corresponding suggestions for later improvement are put forward for the reference of operators and improvers.Compared with the previous studies on the improvement of production balance rate,this paper pays more attention to the human factors.In this study,not only the problems existing in the process of production line are optimized,but also the operator centered working environment is optimized,so that the micro climate,lighting and other environmental conditions in the working environment can meet the requirements of more comfortable.In the study of improving the balance rate of the production line and considering the improvement of the production line from the perspective of human factors,the design and improvement of the operator's working space should also be considered.However,since the improvement of the working space will involve the measurement of the operator's body size,the design and transformation of the working table,and the design of the working space,if the rapid and immediate improvement is adopted now,there will be not only A lot of work will be done,and many existing equipment will be modified,which will consume a lot of costs.Therefore,this paper suggests that the work space can be continuously optimized and improved in the later stage of work,and also puts forward suggestions on the improvement of SOP standard operation procedure and flexible design of production line.
