In recent years,with the continuous introduction of small automatic mechanical hand,OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturing)which simply relied on labor has been less attractive to the market.Under the circumstances of fixed cost of assembly line,reduce of WIP(work in process),cycle time to promote the working efficiency have become the key to survival and success of a subcontractor.This thesis through the research on the balance of the production line of the plastic front frame assembly of the D client,combining with industrial engineering and line balance theory,According to the actual working status of enterprises and the work environment,find out the most suitable to improve the front frame assembly line theory and method,to improve the line efficiency,increase production capacity,and meet customer demand.First,in view of the all-in-one plastic front frame production line balancing rate is not high,according to customer required production capacity,to calculate the optimal capacity,according to the production line status to find out the problem: some workers station there is an obvious bottleneck;Poor machine utilization;Improper operation process arrangement.Secondly,combining the research theory with practical production line,by ERCS to adjust production line work station,up to the work station to simplify,manpower,working hours;Use quality cost comparison for equipment selection,and find out the optimal equipment,reducing work hours and saving the cost of quality;Man-machine operation analysis,through the hands to reduce waiting time for the operator and machine equipment operation,by using the MOD operator customization time,reduce the operation time.Lastly,from practical perspective,the improved assembly line can meet both the requirements of customers and the cycle time limits.In the premise of fixed cost,the operator went down from 19 to 18,and the capacity went up from 700 to 1440 units,the production line balance rate increased more than 20%.
