As the leader of petroleum refining enterprises,atmospheric and vacuum distillation process is a large-scale continuous production process.Its simulation and control optimization need to be carried out on the basis of process simulation.Due to the complex structure and many parameters of the whole process,it is necessary to study the steady-state and dynamic simulation of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process from the perspective of actual production.Aiming at the practical application of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process,the whole atmospheric and vacuum distillation process is simulated.Aspen HYSYS,a chemical process simulation software,is used as the development platform.Based on the production data of a set of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process in a petrochemical company,the mechanism model is established,and the whole process is divided into three parts for simulation.By comparing the distillation point temperature of ASTM D86 with the actual process data,the rationality of the steady-state simulation is ensured,and the model is selected,added,set,data input and convergence debugging,so as to establish the steady-state model.Based on the actual field data,the simulation results are compared with the actual working conditions,and the steady-state simulation results are analyzed.On the basis of steady-state simulation,according to the requirements of dynamic simulation,the size of each equipment is calculated,and some existing logistics and model parameters are modified to complete the transformation from steady-state model to dynamic model.In addition,appropriate control loops are added to the tower model,and different control schemes are applied to adjust the PID parameters of each controller.The dynamic changes of key variables of primary distillation tower and atmospheric tower were investigated.Through the dynamic simulation of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the product quality is guaranteed,and a dynamic operation model is provided for the stable production of the unit.Finally,this paper analyzes and summarizes this study from model selection,crude oil definition,steady-state simulation and dynamic simulation.It can be concluded that the definition of crude oil conforms to the actual process,model selection and simulation requirements,and the simulation effect of the steady-state model established on this basis is good,the dynamic model is stable,and the controller operation and model simulation effect are ideal.
