Water swelling plugging agent has the characteristics of larger water absorption swelling volume and certain viscoelasticity and strength.After entering the formation,it can produce plugging effect on the formation channel,so it is often used as an oil field profile control plugging agent.In this paper,the synthetic method of a new water-bulking plugging agent with inorganic materials is studied,and the performance of water-bulking is systematically evaluated.The experiment confirmed the selection of acrylamide AM,2-acrylamide-through the selection of water swelling formula,orthogonal experiment,water swelling performance test,water swelling performance optimization,water swelling elasticity test and water swelling sample structure characterization.2-methylpropanesulfonic acid AMPS,acrylic acid as the main polymerization monomer,with N,N-methylenebisacrylamide DAM and aluminum citrate as double crosslinking agent,with ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite redox system As an initiator,the inorganic materials nano silica,talc,sodium bentonite,graphene oxide are added,and a new type of high-temperature and salt-resistant water swelling plugging agent is synthesized by an aqueous solution polymerization method.The best synthesis conditions are: monomer content 20%,synthesis temperature 50 ?,monomer ratio 3: 1: 0.05,initiator dosage 0.30%,crosslinking agent dosage0.10%,four inorganic materials are added with nano dioxide Silicone works best.Through the study of the factors affecting the performance of the water swelling,the experiment determined that the addition of inorganic silica nanomaterials can improve the temperature and salt resistance of the waterswelling and maximize the expansion time to make it more suitable for deep profile adjustment operations.In the salinity test,the synthetic water swelling has a high swelling rate in high salinity water,which can reach 30 times,so it can be used to plug water in high salinity formations.The experiment explores the p H of the medium and the stability of the water-expanded product.The experimental results show that when the p H of the environmental water is too large or too small,the water-solubility of the water-extruded product increases,resulting in a decrease in its strength and easy swelling and thinning.When the plugging agent sample is placed in acidic water,the acid-base reaction between the product and the medium has a certain destructive effect on the product network structure.When the p H is too small,the acidity accelerates the degradation of the product,so the water swelling plugging agent product It is more unstable in acidic media than in alkaline media.Water swelling plugging agent products will accelerate degradation due to poor absorption of large amounts of water in water bodies with a p H of less than 3 and greater than 10.In the medium with a p H of about 4-9,the water-expanded product is left at room temperature for a long period of time without breaking or degrading.The experiment explored the thermal stability of the water-expanded product and found that the water-extruded product had good long-term thermal stability when the water loss time was 30 days.The weight loss of the water-swelled body is not large within 30 days,and the water-swelled body can basically maintain its shape within one month;however,the gel will partially deform or even break after 30 days,and the thermal stability of the network structure of the water-swelled sample becomes poor.The water loss rate in 10 days at 110 ? is about 28%.This shows that the thermal stability of the water swell is better,and it can maintain a higher water absorption for a long time at a higher temperature.It can also be seen that as the temperature increases,the enveloping ability of the gel to water molecules decreases and the rate of water loss increases.Therefore,the synthetic water-expanded body can be used in formations with a temperature above 110 ?,but its effectiveperiod will be shortened when the temperature rises.
