Today’s energy resources and environmental problems has become the world’s most important question,compared with the traditional fossil energy,renewable energy because of its clean environmental sustainability and to get global attention and research,and renewable sources such as solar and wind power because of the intermittent and remote location,discard abandon the wind phenomenon often occurred,excess energy into hydrogen,its storage and when clean fuel can be increased when using energy and resources sustainability.Most of the existing consumer stoves run on natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),and hydrogen is not yet directly usable as fuel.Mixing hydrogen into existing gas pipelines is the most effective way to solve the problem.Natural gas mixed hydrogen has always been an important research direction for hydrogen transportation and large-scale utilization at home and abroad,which has more important significance for promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry in China.The simulation software in this paper USES legitimate simulation software for numerical analysis.Most of the numerical simulation in this paper is analyzed by Pipeline Studio software,and the data drawing analysis is completed by origin software.In this paper,the variation law of pressure and other parameters of natural gas pipelines with different percentage of mixed hydrogen is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the variation trend of characteristic parameters of compressors of pipeline equipment is also analyzed,so as to provide a good basis for mixing hydrogen in natural gas pipelines in the future.In this paper,the principal research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)White number,combustion potential,this paper expounds the China Weaver index determination method and concept of A.G.A index determination method.And after mixing hydrogen gas in natural gas on the base of gas interchangeability and determination conditions of each index.The percentage of natural gas mixed with hydrogen should be less than 27%.(2)In accordance with the requirements of interchangeability can be set up by 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% of the seven hydrogen gas mixing ratio and pipeline network simulation is used to analysis parameters,learned about the hydrogen gas mixing ratio increased gradually,the section from yulin nearer the head,the less the pressure change in section,pipeline gas transmission power is declining and in order to ensure the elm natural gas pipeline transmission power constant,may be appropriately increase the pressure of the pipeline.(3)when the proportion of unmixed hydrogen to mixed hydrogen is 30%,the increasing trend of pressure between sections of different pipe diameters is decreasing,and the decreasing trend of pressure between sections of relatively small pipe diameters is more and more obvious.(4)In the pipeline gas mixing hydrogen compressor and at constant speed,with the increase of mixing hydrogen percentage,adiabatic efficiency,temperature is the growth of the amplitude,pressure ratio curve will move down,as the mixing of hydrogen percentage increased from 0 to 30%,balance point move to lower the operation,under the equilibrium state of pressure and flow rate decreased by 6% and 10%,reduces the pipeline transmission capacity.
