Be aimed at the insufficient of the existing domestic products oil pipeline simulation, inthis paper using a technical route that"simulation model introduced from abroad, interfaceindependently developed". In a large collection of information and data and based on theLanZhengChang (Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha) products oil pipeline actual operationsituation to establish the pipeline simulation system. This system uses the SPS (StonerPipeline Simulator) to build the pipeline simulation model, and with the help of VB (VisualBasic) to develop the operating interface which identifies with the actual SCADA systeminterface. This system uses SPS and VB language port to establish the real-time connectionbetween the operation interface and the backend simulation model. Through the system,user can set interface intuitive equipment orders to drive the simulation model ofbackstage.The system on the one hand can be used for pipeline running condition analysis, whichprovid the scientific basis for safe and reliable control, thereby, make a snap decision orsafe and economic operation plan. On the other hand, it can also be used for dispatcher 'sassessing and training, with the purpose of strengthen dispatcher's ability of abnormalcondition recognizing and improving dispatcher's emergency treatment level.
