As a system with high pressure at the supply source,large transporting quantity,long distance,a great many boosting stations and complicated process and centralized controlling system,the pipe network simulation can reflect the changes in the operation parameters effectively.Through the study of these data,they can develop the program in time and make instantaneous adjustment to ensure the safe operation.The paper uses pipeline simulation software SPS and Force control configuration software,combined with the basic knowledge of simulation,to set up a gas pipeline simulation system,achieving the function of simulation and off-line online integration and simulation.Moreover,it can also be applied for OQ training system and put into practice in the operation of the Central Asian natural gas pipeline management.The simulation parameters of the model and the running parameters of the pipeline are compared and analyzed to reach the simulation accuracy required by the engineering application.The pressure deviation is less than 0.23 MPa,and the relative error of pressure is less than 3.57%.The temperature deviation is less than 4 ?,and the relative error is less than 12.37%.On the basis of this,the influence of different ambient temperature and wall roughness on the operation parameters of the pipeline is analyzed by the off-line model.The power consumption of the compressor becomes larger and the delivery efficiency reduces as the ambient temperature increasing.With the increasing of the pipe wall roughness,the pipeline capacity reduces gradually.In addition,the paper simulates and analyses the abnormal operation of the pipeline such as the origin stopping,compressor failure,and pipeline congestion,and calculates the corresponding self-help time.In this paper,the online simulation model is connected with the SCADA system,which can be used for instrument analysis,compressor online tracking,gas component tracking,pigging simulation and leak detection.
