With the economic development of our country,the process of urbanization is speeding up,and the number of motor vehicles is growing rapidly.The problems of greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions and traffic congestion caused by this make the development of major cities in our country face great challenges.How to guide automobile enterprises and residents through the implementation of automobile carbon tax policy,and provide relevant suggestions for the government to control automobile carbon emissions is the problem of this paper.This paper collected the influencing factors of residents' low-carbon travel behavior by means of questionnaire,and constructed the evolution game model of government,automobile enterprises and residents,analyzed the strategy change and evolution trend of each subject in the process of repeated game,and explored the strategy evolution of each subject under different key parameters through simulation experiments,and obtained the following conclusions.(1)On the basis of the data obtained from the questionnaire,through the method of factor analysis,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of residents' low-carbon travel behavior,extracted and names three main factors: residents' low-carbon awareness,residents' satisfaction with the government and residents' satisfaction with the automobile enterprises.This paper analyzed the gain and loss parameters of low-carbon travel of residents,extracted and names the cost factors and income factors of low-carbon travel of residents,and obtained that economic cost,time cost,economic income and spiritual income are the key factors of cost and income respectively.(2)By analyzing the interactions between the three subjects and their respective strategies,setting up the three game return matrix,calculating and duplicating the dynamic equations,solving the respective strategic stability points in turn and doing a progressive stability analysis,the study found that in order to achieve carbon emission reduction of motor vehicles,the rank of Jacobian matrix is greater than 0 and trace is less than 0 when the three strategies of controlling the government,automobile enterprises and residents are {implementing carbon tax policy,developing low-carbon technology,and traveling in lowcarbon way},which makes the Jacobian matrix evolve to a stable strategy.(3)Through the software simulation experiment,the influence of different implementation strategies of the government and low-carbon travel gain and loss parameters of residents on the evolution of their strategies is analyzed.The results show that the government can promote the evolution of automobile enterprises and residents towards their low-carbon strategies by increasing the carbon tax of motor vehicles and policy subsidies.Increasing the income of low-carbon travel or reducing the cost of low-carbon travel can improve the speed of the evolution of low-carbon travel strategy.The government can consider the gain and loss parameters with large weight,so as to effectively guide the lowcarbon travel of residents.
