Loader is a special engineering vehicle, consists of engine, torque converter, gearbox, front drive axle and rear drive axle. It is a sort of self-propelled crawler or wheelmachinery. Loader acts very important role in these areas such as architecture, colliery, irrigation and so on. In recent years, domestic loader industry gets fast development, transforms low level, low price and low quality into high level, mid price and highquality. Working device is a link organization fixed the front of loader, it is one of themost key parts of loader. Working device has lots of link mechanisms. As for this paper, our main study object is the reverse six-bar working device.Considering the complex of working device structure system, one the one hand, thecomponents move around the fixed coordinate system, on the other hand, they makedeformation movement around relative to self local coordinate, that is elastic deformationof components, and our study target is flexible body. We make these main stressed partflexible, get rigid-flexible coupling model of working device, then make simulation andanalysis with the model. The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Starting with definition of loader, we discuss the development of loader industryat home and abroad, the present situation of rigid-flexible coupling model, and study thenecessity of rigid-flexible coupling in working device.(2)Having an intimate knowledge of working device evaluating indexes, ADAMSmulti flexible bodies theory and multi rigid bodies theory. Thus providing help forresearching kinematics and dynamics functions of working device.(3)We use Pro/e to build working device model, make flexible bodies of doom andlink in ANSYS in order to prepare for rigid-flexible coupling.(4)We achieve the simulation of working device rigid-flexible coupling model viadate interfaces of these three software: ANSYS, Pro/e, ADAMS, study systematicallyincluding model pretreatment, kinematics evaluating indexes, dynamics properties ofpoints and cylinders, differences of multi rigid bodies and multi flexible bodies etc.Analysing simulation results and presenting my own opinions about working deviceexploitations. |
