The intelligent transportation developed rapidly,but traffic congestion became more serious,rear-end or collision phenomenon occurs frequently,the problems of blind spot monitoring and video clarity remain unresolved,which not only brought difficulties to traffic department,but also produced many inconvenience to people.The key to solve problem is how to provide real-time traffic information.The thesis is based on the project of Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Department" The demonstration system based on the detection,mining,convergence and publishing of the freeway traffic sensor network information and assisting decision"(Project Number:BE2011822)and the project "Intelligent highway networking demonstration application based on Cloud Computing".The thesis briefly introduced the technology of mobile video transmission and its application in the field of intelligent transportation,analyzed and discussed the technology of video encoding and decoding,streaming media transmission protocol,MediaRecorder multimedia framework,Location Based Service and traffic data,researched the difficulties of mobile video transmission based on 4G network environment,studied the contents of mobile video QoS control,traffic data processing,route guidance and so on,designed the mobile video network situation and guidance application system,gave a high concurrency video quality guarantee method,improved an optimal path planning algorithm,and published the information on the terminal.The problem about poor quality of mobile video transmission,the thesis gave a high concurrent server architecture based on Reactor model,and provided a dynamic buffer for the server.What's more,dynamically controlled the data transmission rate through adjusting the video frame rate and resolution.The problem about optimal path planning,presented the path navigation method based on improved A*algorithm.By using the minimum heap sort algorithm,setting the road situation weights and adjusting evaluation function weight,achieved the optimal path planning in complex road.The problem about real-time processing of traffic data,proposed a method of data processing and storage,calculated the average speed and he traffic flow under a certain period of time,overcame the accuracy problems of the traditional ITS system,evaluated the real situation of road network.In summary,the thesis demonstrated the research results through combining the actual project,the innovation points are as follows:1)Presented a high concurrent mobile video quality assurance method.Overcame the problem of insufficient traffic video clarity,realized the high concurrency streaming media server based on Reactor model,and provided an effective guarantee for the quality of mobile video transmission.2)Improved the path planning algorithm in the ITS system.Compared the path planning algorithms in the ITS system,optimized A*path navigation algorithm,according to the real-time road situation to obtained the optimal path,made full use of road resources.3)Constructed the ITS video application system,gave the real-time processing method of massive data,filtered the dirty data of the original data reasonably,displayed the traffic information effectively,realized data sharing and information management.
