Study On Coordination Mechanism Of Strategic Resource Conflict In Large-scale Projects

The large-scale construction project plays a decisive role of the society for it not only being an important force to promote the progress of our country but being an important part of people's live hood.Coordinating the conflict in construction projects relates to the success of the project.Therefore,it is very necessary to study on the coordination mechanism of conflict in large-scale construction projects.Based on the existing research of conflict in large-scale construction projects,this thesis finds out the primary cause of conflict is a strategic resource conflict.According to the existing research in conflict occurred most frequently in the construction phase,this thesis analyzes the strategic resource conflict between the owner and contractor.On the other hand,this thesis also analyzes the conflict among participants in coalition of construction.According to the analysis of conflict in construction projects,this thesis establishes the coordination mechanism of conflict in large-scale construction projects.First,we set up mathematical models to analyze the influence of strategic resource put in construction projects by the owner and contractor.We get the conclusion that,the spillover effect will affect the overall goals of project.If the owner or contractor choose noncooperation and they each works to maximize its own interests as the goal,then the entirety will not achieve optimal.So this thesis establishes coordination model using non cooperative game to establish effective mechanisms to promote cooperation and reduce conflict between the owner and the contractor.Then,we analyze the conflict among the participants in coalition,and find out that the main conflict related to allocation of task,evaluation of contribution and coordination of profit.So this thesis sets up the index of resource emergency by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to allocate the task.We also set up coordination model using cooperative game to offer the participants fair mechanism of evaluation and coordination to reduce conflict.Finally,this thesis establishes coordination mechanism in the coalition,and also the coordination mechanism between the owner and contractor based on both the existing study and the coordination model of the subjects and the coalition.All these provide a basis for practice in large-scale projects.
