The uneven distribution of manufacturing resources in the manufacturing industry and low resource utilization have seriously affected the development of the manufacturing industry.In order to effectively integrate social manufacturing resources and improve the utilization of manufacturing resources,cloud manufacturing is a service-oriented network-based manufacturing model Came into being.Resource scheduling in the cloud manufacturing environment is one of the core issues of cloud manufacturing.The quality of the scheduling method will directly affect the operating quality of the cloud manufacturing platform.For this reason,this article focuses on the resource scheduling problem in the cloud manufacturing environment.The specific research content is as follows :First,the basic theory of resource scheduling in cloud manufacturing environment is explained.The definition,characteristics,operation factors,architecture,operation mode and architecture of cloud manufacturing are described in detail,and the characteristics and clear classification of manufacturing resources are introduced.Based on this,the basic concepts and characteristics of resource scheduling in the cloud manufacturing environment are explained,and the detailed scheduling process is planned.Secondly,in view of the complexity of resource scheduling in the cloud manufacturing environment,a multi-objective optimization model with the goal of load balancing,lowest service cost and highest service quality is proposed,and a multi-objective optimization scheduling system is established;the bee colony is analyzed and designed The algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution of the model.Finally,the traditional resource scheduling model and algorithm are compared with the model established in this paper and the algorithm used to verify the feasibility of the model and the applicability of the algorithm.Third,in the cloud manufacturing environment,all parties involved in manufacturing services have certain expectations for the various indicators involved in manufacturing services.Users who require manufacturing services and cloud manufacturing platforms hope to complete the manufacturing tasks with the lowest service cost and higher service.At the same time,the cloud manufacturing platform also requires load balancing to protect the interests of manufacturing resource providers.And manufacturing resource providers themselves also have requirements for resource utilization.The resource scheduling was carried out under the constraints of all parties,and it was found that a conflict of interest occurred and the resource scheduling could not be performed normally.Therefore,in response to this situation,a group value negotiation algorithm based on Stackelberg game is proposed to resolve conflicts of interest,a conflict resolution framework is established,and a detailed process for conflict resolution is given.Finally,by comparing with the traditional conflict resolution algorithm,the superiority and feasibility of the calculation in this chapter are obtained.Finally,the model and algorithm used in this article are applied to the cloud manufacturing scheduling example,the front-end architecture of the system and the technology used are explained,and the main functional modules are introduced.The multi-authority function of the system is set up so that users and administrators can log in to the system separately at any time.Finally,the specific usage methods of the resource scheduling module of the system are summarized through specific scheduling cases.
