The Application On Public Transportation Dispatching Of Passager Counting Based Video

Timetable is the schedule of vehicle arrival or departure.It is the base file to allocate the resource of vehicle and driver.But now the dispatching that is relied on dispatcher experience doesn't meet the requirements of bus priority strategy on the quality of the operation.Practice has proved that intelligent bus dispatch can improve the bus service level through multiple information fusion.As an important part of intelligent bus dispatching,this paper proposed an intelligent method of compiling timetable based on viedo detection to slove the problems of bunching vehicles and big intervals.Firstly,this text compares the different ways of video monitoring on the basis of complex analysis of the image environment and target characteristics.Adopting the paln of inclined shooting for keeping more passengers characteristics and putting forward counting module with the response of door opening.We collected experimental data of different scenes such as left and right side by side?front and back side by side aiming at passenger boarding characteristics during peak hours.Second,as the planning of video collecting is different from general research,this article determined the target counting process:target extraction,target segmentation,fake target analysis,target tracking,target counting.In terms of target extraction,we put forward a object detection algorithm combing background subtraction with frame differencing,and the result confirmed that the algorithm is good at eliminating background,but it could not divide multiple targets.Then,watershed algorithm based on contours marking was applied to target segmentation.Due to the diversity of the target color characteristics,targets were segmented overly.At the result of segmentation images,target recognition algorithm based on passanger shape is put forward.By comparing different scenes experiments,we found that the algorithm can distinguish different objects.In tenns of passenger counting,we fistly obtained the trajectory by corner tracking.Then,this paper proposed counting guidelines based on target motion characteristics which is analysed through trajectory passenger geeting on or off.At last,method of compiling timetable to trains was proposed.By comparing the algorithm proposed by this paper with traditional algorithm,we found that the algorithm based trains can reduce the passengers' biggest waiting time and balance capacity at different trains.
